Just finished a 3 year battle with the VA and was at the point of quitting after several appeals and denials. I had the great fortune of running into Mr. McCauley and he helped me go from 10% to 80% disability. He was amazing and kept me in touch every step of the way. He successfully filed a HLR appeal and presented an argument for my case and we finally had success. I’m still in disbelief but it’s true.

Wesley is an Accredited “Angel.” He filed my HLR, had the informal conference (I neither had to be present nor did I want to be), did what he does best in the background, and in a very reasonable time frame, I had my grant of 50% OSA Secondary to Service-connected PTSD, where I was previously denied. The more productive they are, the more profitable they are and that’s a good thing. Productive people ought to be paid for their services. This deserves way more than a 5 stars! 10 if it was possible! My representative was Wesley and let me tell you that man definitely got the job done. I’ve tried to get service connected for a couple of years now, and just when I decided to give up, Wesley picked me back up and told me it wasn’t over. Within a few months, Wesley fought as hard as he could and had gotten me service connected. I can now receive the care that I need. Wesley I want to extend an extreme thank you.
